SAFE TO TELL IS A SUCCESS It's the hotline students and others can call to report things that have them concerned, whether it be a suicide threat or a school shooting threat. In the last year there were two instances of students making school shooting threats that were stopped when someone called the line. I'd say that's a success.
YOUR CRAWFISH BOIL IS NOW LEGAL IN COLORADO And though they've been happening here for years they've been violating a ban on the importation of live crawfish the entire time. I happen to agree with him on all this and occasionally come across as a negative Nellie spilling gloom when I talk about the end of the empire, but when you put this all together it's hard to argue that he and I are wrong.
AMERICANS STILL BELIEVE IN GOD Even as we live in an increasingly Godless society if you just read the column above. Real Clear Polling did a survey on the matter and Americans overwhelmingly believe in God, even if they don't go to church. I feel like there is a ot of opportunity for churches that are struggling with membership in this survey. Especially in an epidemic of loneliness. I'm just figuring out the right messaging.

It has concrete steps you can take to up your reading time this year and they are really, really good. I made a commitment to get my library card this year so I would feel that "I have to return it" pressure from my childhood.
