Attorney Janene McCabe and Anne-Marie Moyes on the case of Deborah Nicholls

Attorney Janene McCabe (of McCabe Law) is working with the University of Colorado's Korey Wise Innocence Project, of which Anne-Marie Moyes, is the director, on the case of Deborah Nicholls who has been in prison for 14 years after being convicted of the murder of her children in a house fire in Colorado Springs in 2003. The team at the Innocence Project believe that essentially ALL of the "scientific" evidence against Nicholls was wrong/bogus and that she should at least receive a new trial if not simply have her conviction thrown out and not retried.

We'll talk with Janene and Anne-Marie about the case.
