Former State Rep Joe Salazar is a Colorado member of the Democratic National Committee and a civil rights lawyer. He thinks that Lorie Smith, Jack Phillips, and all other folks who have honest faith-based objections to using their creativity in support of a same-sex marriage should nevertheless be forced to do so if they are offering that same creative service (wedding web sites or wedding cakes, respectively) to anybody else. I think that First Amendment "free exercise of religion" and free speech protections (which are different matters of law) should trump anti-discrimination law. We'll discuss/debate.
