With each loss, the seat would seemingly be getting a little warmer for Denver Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett.

This week in London, England, where the Broncos are preparing to play the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, general manager George Paton acknowledged the Broncos have not won enough games to this point under coach Hackett but also voiced his support for the Broncos first-year head coach.

"I support Nathaniel one hundred percent," Paton said. "He's been in this seven games as a head coach. The scrutiny he has faced is unprecedented. We've had four prime time games so he's had to learn in front of the entire world. But he has kept the team together; they're connected. He kept our building together. I appreciate how he has fought through that."

Talking with Marty Lenz and Mike Rice on KOA's Colorado's Morning News on Friday, October 28, Hackett said he appreciated Paton's support and does not think about job security.

"No. In the end, this is how it's been my whole life," Hackett told KOA. "You can win games and people say things. You lose games, people say things. There are so many things that go on behind the scenes. I know what's always happening so I focus on what I can control and try to my job to the best of my ability and make sure the staff is doing it and hold this team accountable and make sure they're continually growing."

Coach also talked about the possibility the Russell Wilson will start against the Jaguars, the experience in London this week, the challenges the Jaguars pose and more.
