REPORTS: Russell Wilson Agrees To 5-Year Contract Extension With Broncos

It was only a matter of time.

According to multiple reports, quarterback Russell Wilson has agreed to a five-year contract extension with the Denver Broncos.

Adam Schefter of ESPN was the first to report the deal.

The extension itself is worth a reported $245 million with $165 million guaranteed.

Wilson had two years left on his current deal. The extension will keep Wilson with the Broncos through the 2028 season.

In effect, Wilson now has a seven-year deal with the Broncos worth a reported $296 million.

Wilson is entering his first season with the Broncos after ten years with the Seattle Seahawks.
