The Denver Broncos new president is in place and ready to roll.

The organization introduced Damani Leech on Monday, August 29 at UCHealth Training Center.

Leech comes to the Broncos after nearly eight years in the NFL office, including the last three as the head of NFL International.

He said the many changes in the Broncos organization attracted him to the position.

"As I saw the ownership transition take place, it definitely piqued my interest," Leech said. "As I got to talk to [new owner] Greg [Penner] and to Rob {Walton] and Carrie [Penner] and to Mellody and Condoleezza [Rice], my interest and excitement continued to grow."

Leech said another item was key in his interest in the job.

“Winning. When you're in a league office you don't often win, and you don't often lose. To be a part of an organization that is committed to winning on and off the field was incredibly attractive, but then also having an emotional investment in that success and the outcomes was really attractive.”

Leech spoke on many topics on Monday, including his experience with the league office, his focus as the Broncos president, possibly having the Broncos wear new uniforms, the possibility of the organization building a new stadium in the future, diversity in the Broncos organization and more.

Leech also joined Dave Logan, Alfred Williams and Ryan Edwards on the KOA Sports Zoo on Monday, August 29.
