Andy McCarthy is a former federal prosecutor, current Fox News contributor and contributing editor at National Review. Today we'll talk about the constitutionality of the "Respect for Marriage Act" which repeals the Defense of Marriage act that defined marriage as between one man and one woman. The new law would still define marriage as between two individuals (thus not to include polygamy) and require states to honor marriage contracts made in other states.
