Morgan Ballis is a full-time Idaho Peace Officer currently serving as a School Resource Officer. Morgan is also the Director of Strategic Planning & Training for Campus Safety Alliance, a K-12 emergency management consulting firm. As a law enforcement trainer and nationally recognized expert in K-12 campus violence preparedness, he has had the opportunity to train more than 20,000 law enforcement officers, educators, and students in active assailant response.
