Lakshman Guruswamy is Nicholas Doman Professor of Law Emeritus at the University of Colorado. Among his areas of expertise are international energy and resource law. We'll spend much of our time talking about the impact of "climate justice" and "green energy" policies on the world's poor. We may also spend a little time talking about Lakshman's native country of Sri Lanka...although he's been in the US for decades so I won't say he's an expert on the chaos in that country right now.
