Carol McGruder is a Founding Member and Co-Chair of the African American Tobacco Control Leadership Council. We'll talk about the move by the FDA to ban menthol cigarettes. As a libertarian, I'm generally not moved by arguments that preventing people from doing something to themselves will save lives and is therefore a legitimate function of government. We'll see if Carol convinces me otherwise in this case.
