Too many people don't pay attention to local/municipal elections. It's important that you vote. I strongly endorse Rich Sokol for the South Metro Fire Rescue Board. I've known Rich for almost as long as I've lived in Colorado. He's the former chairman of the Arapahoe County Republican Party (a rare Republican Jew!) He's smart and principled and has been involved with South Metro for years. We'll talk with Rich about the race and, as he's a former resident of Israel, we'll also discuss what's going on there in recent weeks. It's been chaotic and violent but is getting very little media attention due to the war in Ukraine.
