Peggy Little is the lead attorney for the New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) in a lawsuit called Romeril v SEC which challenges the ability of the SEC to require people who settle cases with them to remain silent forever about the case. These gag orders strike me as obviously unconstitutional but that's what the Supreme Court will decide. The list of people who sent amicus briefs to support Mr. Romeril include billionaire businessmen Elon Musk and Mark Cuban and highly esteemed constitutional law professor Eugene Volokh of UCLA, along with the libertarian Cato Institute.
