When I first heard Michael Cannon, the Cato Institute's Director of Health Policy Studies, talk about the right way to use Health Savings Accounts, I sorta did a "face-palm", wondering "why didn't I think of that?" There really is a best way to use an HSA, especially if you can still afford to pay your medical bills another way while still funding your HSA. Michael explains how great (although still not perfect) HSAs are...things that most people don't know about.
