Missouri Rep Jason Smith Talks Biden's "Build Back Better" Framework

One caveat to this interesting and important conversation: I'm not convinced that Rep Smith's comments about the methane fees on agriculture are true. About a month ago fact-checkers said it wasn't but I don't know if anything's changed since then.
