Two former Loveland police officers are facing charges in the controversial of a 73-year old woman with dementia last month. Body cam footage shows the woman being forcibly arrested and taken to the ground after she left a Wal-Mart without paying for $13 worth of items. Her family says her wrist was broken and her shoulder was discloated.
