As Covid-19 vaccinations continue in Colorado, more local health leaders are encouraging a loosening of restrictions. The Tri-County Health Department is closing in on its planned shift to a "level clear" observation period. The departments covers Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, although Douglas County opted out of the current guidelines. May 15th is the tentative start for level clear.
