Just like the Millenials before them, today's young people are facing major financial hurdles. Adult Gen Zers, which is the current 18 to 24 age group, is graduating from high school and college only to find themselves in an economy still recovering from the pandemic.
54% of Gen Zers have delayed a financial milestone during the pandemic, according to a recent Bankrate poll. 21% percent delayed pursuing career opportunities, and another 21% decided to wait before furthering their education. 17% hit the brakes on buying a car.
