Talking National Women's Health Week

The Department of Health and Human Services says National Women's Health Week is May 9 - May 15. Issues of focus include understanding COVID-19, improving maternal health, stress management, and improving activity levels. Women are at higher risk for: mental health issues like depression, cardiovascular disease or illness, osteoporosis, knee arthritis, difficulty with smoking cessation.
