United Airlines is facing a class-action lawsuit over the engine failure that scattered parts across Denver's North metro area. A passenger on the flight has filed a lawsuit accusing United of negligence. According to the filing, United failed to properly inspect and maintain its aircraft which resulted in engine failure.
