President Biden continues to push for a $15/hour minimum wage, saying the change is needed so workers can have a living wage. Critics say now is not the time to raise wages because it would put further strain on already struggling businesses. Supporters argue the current federal minimum wage of $7.25/hour is not sustainable and has not kept up with inflation.
