House Impeachment managers are arguing former President Donald Trump incited the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol and did nothing to stop it. The former President is not expected to testify, and he isn't allowed to tweet, so how is he handling the process? Is he watching? Are reports he's furious with his counsel accurate?
