Amendment 76: The Citizenship Language Question

Amendment 76 would change the state constitution to say "only" a citizen 18 or older could vote. It currently says "every citizen". We talk with "Americans for Citizen Voting" president Christopher Arps, who supports the measure, and Roshan Bliss of "Vote No on 76: the Campaign for Real Election Protection", who opposes it.
