Lakewood Police are investigating a murder.
Police responded to a 911 call late Monday night, at a home on 12th Ave., a few blocks west of Wadsworth. Family members found a man suffering from gunshot wounds, near the entrance to his home.
Police say the man, 64, was rushed to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police do not have a suspect description, and are asking for information from the public.
