Denver lawyer Steve Farber has died at age 76. In 1968 he co-founded the law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. The firm employs more than 500 attorneys across the United States and is regarded as one of the most influential lobbying firms in America.
Farber is credited with securing funding for DIA, the T-Rex project and E-470. Former Governor John Hickenlooper once said Farber "helped shape Denver's Skyline."
Farber was active in numerous political, charitable and community causes. He battled kidney disease and founded the American Transplant Foundation.
