Colorado Congresswoman Diana DeGette is concerned new guidelines on vaping products may not deter young people from using them. She led a hearing yesterday on the teen vaping epidemic on Capitol Hill. FDA regulations that go into effect today ban the sale of pre-filled flavored products. There are exemptions for menthol and tobacco flavors, as well as products sold at vape shops. DeGette says that could lead young people to just switch their preference to keep vaping.
