WANT TO WORK OUT? BUY COOL CLOTHES I don't know if this is the same for guys as it is for girls, but buying workout clothes you feel good in makes a HUGE difference on your desire to go work out. When I see an overweight woman in huge baggy pants and tshirts at the gym I want to tell them to do what I did. When I first started working out regularly, I needed some sort of reward to keep me going so I decided that for every week that I worked out three days a week I would buy myself a piece of workout clothing. (From Marshalls where it's cheap, mind you) It totally worked for me and now I find out I'm not alone.
