There will be no arraignment today for one of the suspects accused in May's deadly shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch. The court date for 19-year-old Devon Erickson has been continued until January 2nd. He and 16-year-old Alec McKinney are facing dozens of charges in connection with the shooting that left one student dead and eight others injured. A judge ruled this week that McKinney will be tried as an adult, with an arraignment a week from Monday.
