Allegiant Airlines is postponing planned service at Northern Colorado Regional Airport. The carrier says it has no choice, due to the lack of a proper air traffic control tower. Service to Phoenix and Las Vegas has been scheduled to start next month. Loveland city officials say there have been challenges to getting a solution in place, regarding a remote tower system. Travelers who had already purchased tickets will get a full refund.
