Guns N' Roses Settle Beer Lawsuit Against Oskar Blues

Guns N' Roses is settling a lawsuit over a beer called Guns 'N' Rosé [[ ro zay ]]. The band accused Colorado brewery Oskar Blues of trademark infringement for the beer without permission. A court document filed Monday says both sides agreed to settle on July 31st, and are working on a written settlement that would dismiss the lawsuit. The brewer has been selling Guns 'N' Rosé since 2018, and says it combines "sticky prickly pear and floral hibiscus with a subtle hop profile."
