Summer is the hot season for the real estate market. Brendan Bartic with the Bartic group of Keller Williams Reality says you'll find a higher inventory in May, June and July but that also means there are more people looking to get into a home. He says things will slow down in August because people want to get into a home before the school year begins. He says places like Greeley and Millikin in Weld County are becoming more popular because people can get more for their money and more employees can now work from home.
