The Jefferson County School District says a survey on possibly closing Columbine High School and replacing it with another school has drawn thousands of responses. Nearly seven-thousand people responded to the survey before it closed on June 14th. The district is still going over the surveys and the earliest a report will be released is the middle of next month. The results could prompt more discussion about demolishing the school, which was the location of a mass shooting that killed a dozen students and one teacher in 1999.
