Colorado Joins Coalition To Block Cell Company Merger

Colorado is joining nine other states in a lawsuit to block the merger between cell phone giants T-Mobile and Sprint. The move was announced by state Attorney General Phil Weiser yesterday. The suit claims the more than 26-billion-dollar merger would deprive the market of competition and drive up prices. Combined, T-Mobile and Sprint provide service to roughly one-point-five-million customers in Colorado.
