There's been a rafting death on the Arkansas River. 42 year old Sameer Prasla of Texas was with a Boy Scouts group rafting the river near Spike Buck Rapids when witnesses say the raft flipped over and he was thrown out. The Fremont County Sheriff's Department said Prasla was wearing a level 5 life jacket and helmet. The Arkansas is running so high that there are reports that rafting companies are avoiding 3 sections of it that are considered just too dangerous.
