Blake Quinlan, 18, has been booked into the Jefferson County jail on suspicion of First Degree Murder in the case involving Joseph Michael Brinson. Quinlan was being held in the Sherman County jail in Texas on unrelated charges and was transported to Jefferson County on April 4th. Investigators recovered Joseph Brinson’s body on April 3rd in Byers, Colorado.
Joseph Brinson was last seen on January 17, 2019.
