Report: Nurse To Plead Guilty In Missing Mom Case

An Idaho nurse accused of disposing evidence in the case of the missing Colorado mom Kelsey Berreth is scheduled to appear in a Colorado courtroom Friday. ABC News reports that Kristal Lee, 32, will plead guilty to at least one charge against her during that hearing.

Berreth's cell phone registered on a tower in Idaho days after she was last seen in Colorado. Patrick Frazee has been charged with Berreth's murder and is scheduled to appear in court Feb, 19. The couple's one year-old daughter is temporarily in the custody of Berreth's parents.
