Denver Offering Free B-Cycle Passes

Denver wants more people to get out of their cars and onto a bicycle. The city is offering 5,280 free access passes to the B-cycle program in 2019 to encourage thousands of city residents to get out of their cars and ride a bicycle.

Mayor Hancock is hopeful that the passes will get into the hands of Denver's lower income residents. He has asked Public Works to reach out to those communities.
