Police in Larimer county are investigating an incident where a Fort Collins police officer shot a man. It happened Saturday night near twenty-sixth and Bradbury Court on the city's west side. Police say they got reports of an armed man shooting a gun in the area. When they arrived, a man and woman were in a confrontation in the street. An officer shot and hit the man, who was taken to the hospital. Another person at the scene had minor injuries, and no officers were hurt. The Critical Incident Response Team is investigating.
