A motions hearing is scheduled for today in connection with the case of a missing and presumed dead Woodland Park mother. Fiancé Patrick Frazee is being charged with counts of murder and solicitation in the November disappearance of Kelsey Berreth. Today's hearing will decide motions on things such as the testing of evidence and whether prosecutors can keep Frazee from seeing the probable cause affidavit. Berreth's body has yet to be found.
