Jen Barnett is a co-founder of Expatsi, a great resource for people thinking of moving overseas — they even have an online questionnaire that helps you choose countries that would be the best fit for you.
Expatsi is having a mixer tomorrow afternoon (Friday 9/25) from 2 PM to 5 PM in Denver, where you can meet other future expats, experts on various destinations, and experts on what’s actually involved in moving to another country.
This topic is close to my heart because I did exactly this many years ago when I moved to Amsterdam. It was a wonderful experience, and I encourage everyone who has the ability to live overseas for a while to do so.
