One More Thing: Let's see how libertarian he is

Colorado governor Jared Polis loves to be called libertarian. A new proposal from the

The Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and the Governor’s Office would require Colorado employers to notify employees of eligibility for a bunch of state and federal tax credits. CDLE’s argument is simple: The believe that such notification will make more people aware of their ability to take other people’s money. No, they don’t word it that way but that’s what this is. I actually don’t know if the governor is even aware of the proposal. I have asked him but don’t have a response yet. I look forward to thanking him on air for killing this ridiculous intrusion and expense for business managers and this magnet for nuisance lawsuits. But I’m not holding my breath.

Here are the talking points from CDLE: 4ba5a3c6-8fc0-46db-960a-a96f4e9657ab.pdf (constantcontact.com)

For a couple of days, conservative Twitter was all atwitter with cries of "Apple is going to remove Twitter from the App Store." I asked (on Twitter) why people believe that since the only person who made the claim was Elon Musk, and it was probably more like weak innuendo than a full claim. Musk met with Apple CEO Tim Cook on Wednesday and said that "Apple had never considered" removing Twitter from the App Store. Man, people believe nonsense so easily if it fits their political (and other) biases.
