Savoie's goal at 14:53 of overtime lifted DU to a 3-2 win over Michigan and assured the Pioneers with play for their ninth national championship.

With the game tied 1-1 after two periods, DU's Cameron Wright scored at the 5:36 mark to give the Pios the lead. But Michigan's Thomas Bordeleau's goal at 9:09 tied the game.
