They beat the Golden St. Warriors, 131-124, Monday night at Ball Arena.
Both teams are in an extremely busy stretch of games. This one had been rescheduled from December 30.
The Nuggets are in the midst of a stretch that sees them play four games in five nights. The Warriors are playing four games in six nights, including two in Denver.
Golden St. rested Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Andrew Wiggins on Monday night.
Nikola Jokic played for the Nuggets. And he did what he often does: Get a triple-double. Jokic had 32 points, 15 rebounds and 13 assists. Jeff Green and Monte Morris each scored 18 points.
Denver jumped up by nine points thanks to a 40-point first quarter. Golden St. cut the deficit to 71-69 at halftime.
The Nuggets play at the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday, March 9 at 8 p.m. MST.
