The Colorado Buffaloes needed a game like this.
Saturday night, the Buffs took care of the Oregon St. Beavers in a big way, 86-63.
CU bolted out to a 13-0 lead in the first 4:56 of the game and never looked back.
Colorado made its first nine three-point shots and by halftime the Buffs were in full control, 49-27. CU finished 14-25 (56.0%) from long distance and shot 57.1% for the game, hitting 32-of-56 shots from the field.
Keeshawn Barthelemy was one of four Buffs in double figures with 16 points. Jabari Walker recorded another double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds. Nique Clifford also scored 15 points and Tristan da Silva added 10 points.
Colorado snapped its three-game losing streak and is now 14-9, 6-7 in the Pac-12. Oregon St. has lost seven straight games and is 3-17, 1-9 in conference.
