Avs Score Late To Edge Kraken, 4-3

Not every game has been perfect for the Colorado Avalanche.

But more often than not, the games have turned out the right way for Colorado, especially at home.

Monday night, the Avs extended their ongoing franchise-record home winning streak to 12 games with a 4-3 victory over the Seattle Kraken.

Once again, the Avs had to rally to get the two points. Nazem Kadri's goal at 14:17 of the third period snapped a 3-3 tie and completed the Avs comeback from 3-1 deficit in the second period.

Nicolas Aube-Kubel scored twice and Devon Toews also put one home.

Colorado beat its former goalie Philipp Gribauer, now the starter for the Kraken. He stopped 31 of 35 shots while Pavel Francouz got the start for Darcy Kuemper and turned away 20 of the 23 shots he faced for the Avs.
