Nuggets Take Care Of Kings, 121-111

The Denver Nuggets got off to a hot start and made it stand up in a 121-111 win over the Sacramento Kings on Friday night at Ball Arena.

The Nuggets outscored the Kings 35-23 in the first quarter and that turned out to the difference.

The Kings were able to battle back from that early deficit and make a game of it in the third quarter.

But Nikola Jokic got hot for the Nuggets and scored 12 of his 33 points in the third to help the Nuggets hold on.

Jokic grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out seven assists. JaMychal Green had 13 points and nine boards.
