Broncos Shut Out Of Initial Pro Bowl Selections

The NFL Pro Bowl passed the Denver Broncos right by.

The Denver Broncos did not have a player voted onto the initial AFC roster.

Safety Justin Simmons, rookie cornerback Patrick Surtain II and left tackle Garett Bowles were all chosen as first alternates.

Voting was split between coaches, current and fans with each group getting one-third input.

The Broncos are 7-7 and play at the Raiders this Sunday, December 26. Coverage of the game starts at 8 a.m. MST on KOA 850 AM and 94.1 FM.
