It turns out the Colorado Rockies can beat the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Rockies snapped a 12-game losing streak to their N.L. West rivals with a 13-9 win on Friday night at Coors Field.

The Rockies continue to hit. They battered Dodgers starter Hyun-Jin Ryu for seven runs (all earned) on nine hits in four innings.

Seven different Rockies had at least two hits each, including the top six men in the batting order. Nolan Arenado, Pat Valaika and David Dahl all hit a home run and had two RBIs.

Outfielder Charlie Blackmon became the first player in Major League history to have at least three hits in six straight home games.
