Jon Gray is starting to roll.

The Colorado Rockies right-hander turned in a terrific performance in leading the Rockies to a 5-3 win over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Saturday night at Coors Field.

Gray went 6-and-two-thirds innings and gave up two runs on seven hits while walking only two and striking out eight. He picked up the win to raise his record to 9-5.

The Rockies turned the game in a three-run sixth inning. Nolan Arenado's RBI single tied the game 3-3 before Mark Reynolds came through with a two-run single.

Gray made that lead stand up, with some help from Jairo Diaz, Bryan Shaw and Wade Davis, who pitched the ninth inning for his 12th save of the season.

He has won his last four starts and has an ERA of 2.56 over that span. In those four starts, totaling 24.2 innings, Gray has allowed 26 hits with six walks and 28 strikeouts.
