The Colorado Rockies picked up another win over the Arizona Diamondbacks, 6-4, on Wednesday night.
Now the Rockies are hoping the win did not come at a high cost.
Shortstop Trevor Story jammed his right thumb while trying to steal second base in the sixth inning. He left the game.
X-rays were negative and Story will have an MRI on Thursday.
Ryan McMahon broke a 2-2 tie with a two-run double in the seventh inning. Tony Wolters added another run with an RBI single.
Jon Gray pitched six innings and gave up two runs, one earned, on six hits with two walks and four strikeouts.
The Rockies have won seven straight games over the Diamondbacks and go for a series sweep Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock MDT on KOA NewsRadio 850 AM and 94.1 FM.
