The Colorado Rockies got good news on Trevor Story's elbow injury.
Tuesday before the Rockies game against the Dodgers, manager Bud Black said tests showed some inflammation and soreness but the joint and the ligament are intact.
Black said he hopes Story will be able to play "in a few days."
The Rockies play the Dodgers on Tuesday and Wednesday nights before heading to Phoenix to start a three-game series with the Diamondbacks on Friday.

Earlier in the day, before the test results came back, Story spoke with reporters.
